The WRX TR gets the new 230-horsepower, 2.5-liter, flat-four engine and reworked front fascia, but with the interior content and exterior trim from the entry-level Impreza 2.5 i sedan. Owners then can customize their cars with parts and accessories from the Subaru Performance Tuning catalog and from Subaru Tecnica International. The Legacy 2.5 GT spec.B is a limited-edition "factory custom" with a turbocharged 2.5-liter boxer engine making 250 hp driving all four wheels through a five-speed gearbox. Subaru has fitted Bilstein sport suspension components, unique wheels and paint, plus a standard navigation system. Only 500 copies will be sold in 2006. To promote its redesigned 2006 Impreza, Subaru also is launching a new online game competition at the Specialty Equipment Market Association show here.
